THE BEST RAW FOOD RECIPES




Raw Food Breakfast

Oat Meal Serves 

         
 2 Ingredients  
2 apples 
1 banana 
1 tablespoon golden flaxseed 
2 teaspoons cinnamon purified water   


Directions

1. Put the flax seeds in the purified water and let sit overnight.
2. Peel the apples and reduce them into small portions (for the blender).
3. Peel the banana en spoil in parts. Rinse the flax seeds.
4. Put all ingredients in a blender. This can be a hand blender or high pace blender
such as Vitamix.
5. Add 1⁄4 cup water, simply adequate to let the mixture combination well.
6. Blend all components until smooth. You may additionally favor adding a little extra water if it's too
thick.  


TIP



Tip 
• You make this recipe even better by replacing the water with almond cream or fresh juice. You may additionally also add a tablespoon of hemp seeds. My daughter likes to add (germinated) nuts and raisins.

 • You can put together this recipe the night before (but put the banana in there in the morning). Especially with nuts and dried fruits in it, it will only style better!
